Loading ...This is yet another interesting post on IT Projects Failure blog I like to follow. I can’t help, but think that there is really only one reason why IT hates metrics - ACCOUNTABILITY. It is really the same reason why salespeople hate forecasting - upside is moderately rewarding/downside is extremely painful.

I am a subscriber to JP blog, and largely agree with most of what is discussed in this interview on a strategy level. However I have a big problem with an execution side of this E2.0 philosophy.
